Villa Marisnova, Marmaris'in Çetibeli bölgesinde konumlanan geniş ve yemyeşil bahçe alanına sahip özel havuzu bulunan villalarımızdandır. Portföyümüze 2025 yılında katılmış olan villamızın çocuk havuzu da bulunmaktadır.

Marmaris, doğal güzellikleri, uzun sahil şeridi, çam ormanlarıyla kaplı tepelerinden muhteşem manzarası, bakir koyları, eşsiz plajları, antik kentleri, yat marinaları ve her türlü aktiviteyi yapabileceğiniz tatil imkanı sunmaktadır.

Villaya en yakın plaj İncekum plajıdır.

Önemli Not 1: Villamız iki katlı bir yapıya sahiptir ancak girişler tamamen ayrıdır. Üst katta ev sahibimiz ikamet etmektedir. Bahçe ve havuz alanı yalnızca misafirlerimizin kullanımına aittir. Misafirlerimizin konforu ve mahremiyeti ön planda tutulmaktadır.

Önemli Not 2: Villada internet hizmeti bulunmamaktadır.

Genel not : Doğa içerisinde konuma sahip olan villalarımızın tamamı böcek ve haşereler için düzenli olarak temizlenmekte ve ilaçlanmaktadır. Doğa içerisinde konuma sahip olan evlerimizde, merkezde yer alan villalara nazaran böcek vb. çıkma ihtimali daha yüksektir. Bu not, bu evle ilgili değil doğa içerisinde konuma sahip olan tüm evlerin bilgilerinde yazılmaktadır.

Yaz ayları dışında yörelerde yeni villa inşaatları olabilmektedir. Bu sebepten etrafta gürültü olması muhtemeldir. Bu not, bu eve özgü değildir, kışın faal olan tüm evlerde bulunmaktadır.

The house is exactly the same as it looks in the photos. There is even more. It has a view overlooking the pine forests on both sides. Marmaris-Köyceğiz is very close to these locations. Çetibelinde söğüt gros market is located 5 minutes from the house, a place that can meet all your needs. There were materials to meet all your needs at home. There is night lighting in the pool. Even the hygienic pet in the bathroom was thought. The house was very clean. Only the fly can be a bit of a problem, take some fly repellent sprays with you. Our host was very kind and caring.
