Villa Marisnova

Villa Marisnova is one of our villas with a private pool with a large and lush garden area located in the Çetibeli region of Marmaris. Our villa, which joined our portfolio in 2025, also has a children's pool.

Marmaris, natural beauties, long coastline, magnificent views from the hills covered with pine forests, virgin bays, unique beaches, ancient cities, yacht marinas and offers a holiday where you can do all kinds of activities.

The closest beach to the villa is İncekum beach.

Important Note 1: Our villa has a two-storey structure but the entrances are completely separate. Our host resides on the upper floor. The garden and pool area is for the sole use of our guests. The comfort and privacy of our guests are prioritized.

Important Note 2: There is no internet service in the villa.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, insects etc. are more likely to come out than villas located in the center. This note is written in the information of all houses that are located in nature, not this house.

New villa constructions may occur in the regions outside the summer months. Therefore, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not unique to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
