Villa Sol, Fethiye Kayaköy' de yer alan çok geniş bir bahçeye sahip özel havuzlu ve havuzu tam korunaklı bir villamızdır. Taş mimariye sahip ve misafirlerimizin tüm ihtiyaçları en küçük ayrıntılara kadar düşünülüp hazırlanan villamız 4 yatak odalı ve 8 kişi kapasitelidir.

Villamız %100 doğal taş ile yapılmış olup, 6.5 metre tavan yüksekliğine sahiptir. Modern mimarisiyle dikkat çeken Villa Sol'ün eşyalarının tamamı özenle ve kaliteli şekilde dekore edilmiştir. Özel bir tatil için gerekli tüm donanıma sahiptir.

Yemyeşil bir bahçeye sahip olan evimiz, 15 m x 4 m özel yüzme havuzu ile bölgedeki en geniş müstakil yüzme havuzuna sahiptir. Bu havuz ve bahçe dışarıya karşı tamamen
korunaklıdır, bu özelliği ile muhafazakar ailelerimiz için çok ideal ve özel bir seçenektir.

Villa Sol ile aynı arazi içerisinde Villa Laluna ve Villa Stella yer almaktadır. Her bir villanın otoparkı ve ortak alanda kamara sistemi mevcuttur. Yan yana kiralama yapmak isteyen misafirlerimiz bu evlerimizi de inceleyebilirler.

Önemli Not: Villamızda yer alan banyolar yenilenmiş olup jakuzi kaldırılmıştır en kısa zamanda fotoğrafları güncellenecektir.

Not 1: Villa Sol, Villa Laluna ve Villa Stella 'nın ortak alanında kauçuk zemin döşemeli çocuk oyun alanı bulunmaktadır.

Not 2: En yakın denize girme imkanı Gemiler Plajı'dır.

Genel not : Doğa içerisinde konuma sahip olan villalarımızın tamamı böcek ve haşereler için düzenli olarak temizlenmekte ve ilaçlanmaktadır. Doğa içerisinde konuma sahip olan evlerimizde, merkezde yer alan villalara nazaran böcek vb. çıkma ihtimali daha yüksektir. Bu not, bu evle ilgili değil doğa içerisinde konuma sahip olan tüm evlerin bilgilerinde yazılmaktadır.

Yaz ayları dışında yörelerde yeni villa inşaatları olabilmektedir. Bu sebepten etrafta gürültü olması muhtemeldir. Bu not, bu eve özgü değildir, kışın faal olan tüm evlerde bulunmaktadır.

The person we met at the villa was very helpful and took care of everything right away. It’s a half-hour drive to the beach. There aren’t any large supermarkets like Migros in Kayaköy. There’s no pharmacy. The villa has everything you need—even a backgammon set. We were very satisfied.
