Hevlov Homes / FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
On our page, you can find detailed explanations about check-in and check-out times, house capacities, equipment, technical infrastructure, deposits, reservations, reservation cancellations, and the towels and cleaning products available in the house.
What are the check-in and check-out times for the villa?
The check-in and check-out times for our houses may vary. This information is specified on the pages of each house. Our houses are cleaned between the check-out time and the next guest's check-in time. If the villa is vacant one day before your arrival, you may negotiate with the owner for flexibility in the check-in time.
What does the maximum occupancy of the villa mean?
Each house has a specific capacity indicating the maximum number of guests allowed. In addition to beds in bedrooms, if there are sofa beds or fold-out couches in the living room or bedrooms, these are also included in the capacity. Our homeowners are very strict and do not allow exceeding the capacity. Children aged 2 years and older are included in the occupancy. Even if the guest is a baby, it must be reported to our team during the reservation process. Accommodation is not accepted for persons other than those specified in the contract.
Why are children included in the capacity?
Children over 2 years old are included in the capacity because they also need a place to sleep. Additionally, according to new regulations, exceeding the capacity is not allowed.
What equipment do the villas have?
Each of our villas has different equipment. Please check the equipment section for each house on our website. These equipments are completely at the discretion of the homeowners, but each villa's kitchen is equipped with utensils such as forks and knives proportional to the number of guests.
What are the towel, linen, and cleaning services?
Our villas are cleaned before your holiday starts, and towels and linens are changed. Some villas' owners keep spare towels and linens. Generally, soaps, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry detergents, and other personal items are not provided in the villas. You can inquire about this from the owner before arrival and prepare accordingly.
How is the pool and garden maintenance done?
Pool treatment is carried out by the owner or a responsible person. The frequency of pool checks varies according to the type and size of the pool. Generally, chlorine is added and the pool bottom is cleaned every other day. These checks are usually done early in the morning by the responsible person without disturbing you. In villas with gardens, garden watering and maintenance are also done by the owner or the responsible person early in the morning without disturbing you.
What does pool privacy mean?
Pool privacy is specified on our page in two ways. Villas with fully private pools have pools that are not visible from outside. This is suitable for conservative families. Villas with mostly private pools have pools that are slightly visible. Pool privacy applies only to the pool and does not mean the villa or garden is private.
What consumables are available in the houses?
Our villas have all the tools and equipment you can use. Consumables and personal, hygiene, and food needs must be provided by you, our guests.
Area research
We recommend that you research the region you plan to visit in detail before deciding on a villa because many villas are located inside villages and in elevated locations. You can also get detailed information from our sales representatives during the reservation process.
How can we trust you?
Hevlov Homes is a registered brand owned by Nero Turizm ve Ticaret A.Ş. Our company is a travel agency member of TÜRSAB with license number 8172, Group A. Before making a reservation, you can verify our license number on the official TÜRSAB page on our website. Also, the account details provided for your payment belong to our company and can be verified through our tax identity information available on our site.
What is the weather like when we go to the villa? Can I use the pool?
Since weather conditions change every year according to the season, it would not be accurate to comment on the weather. The ability to use the pool depends entirely on the person's sensitivity. For example, one guest may comfortably use the pool in November, while another guest cannot use the pool in August.
Are rental villa prices per person?
No, each villa's price is for the specified date range. You can stay in the villa up to the maximum number of persons indicated.
Are pets allowed?
Unless specified in the villa description, pets (cats, dogs, birds, etc.) are not allowed. When you select the 'houses where you can bring pets' filter on our search page, villa options suitable for you are presented.
Are villas regularly fumigated?
All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and fumigated for insects and pests. However, villas located in nature have a higher possibility of insects compared to villas located in central areas. Please remember to take precautions yourself in cases of allergies.
Is there a possibility of construction noise during the stay?
Outside of the summer months, new villa constructions may take place in the regions. Because of this, there may be noise in the vicinity.
Is there a possibility of water or electricity cuts during the vacation?
In some holiday resorts, especially during very busy periods, water and electricity cuts may occur due to insufficient regional infrastructure. You can check whether the villas have generators in the information section.

How do we make reservation transactions?
First, you need to determine the dates you want to stay at the villa. You can call us or send your request via the request form on our website. After that, we get approval from the homeowners and start your reservation process. To confirm the reservation, you are required to pay a prepayment or the full accommodation fee, and you should make this payment to our company accounts via credit card or bank transfer. After payment and filling out the contract, the travel document containing the villa’s full address and homeowner information will be sent to you. Thus, the villa you chose is reserved in your name for the requested dates. If only the prepayment was made, the remaining fee is delivered to the homeowner or authorized person at the time of check-in.
If I cancel my reservation, how much of the amount I paid will be refunded?
In case of full payment of accommodation fee,
Guests must notify Hevlov Homes in writing by email about the cancellation. If the guest cancels the reservation at least 30 days before the accommodation date and the full accommodation fee has been paid, 35% of the fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the accommodation start date, 65% of the total accommodation fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations made 1 to 14 days before the accommodation start date, the total accommodation fee is non-refundable.
In case of prepayment,
If the guest cancels the reservation for reasons caused by themselves, they must notify Hevlov Homes in writing by email. If the guest cancels the reservation at least 30 days before the accommodation date, the prepayment fee is non-refundable.
For cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the accommodation start date, half of the remaining payment will be charged to the guest.
For cancellations made 1 to 14 days before the accommodation start date, the full remaining payment will be charged to the guest.
Can Hevlov Homes cancel my reservation? Under which circumstances?
Hevlov Homes has the right to cancel your reservation in unforeseeable circumstances such as problems in the holiday area or in the houses themselves (plumbing issues, water or electricity cuts in the area, earthquakes, etc.). In such cases, Hevlov Homes is obliged to refund all payments to the guest. Depending on the guest's preference and inconvenience, Hevlov Homes tries to offer alternative houses at least of the same class. The guest may choose one of the alternative houses or cancel the reservation entirely and request a full refund.
Can I change my reservation dates?
You have the right to change your reservation dates, but under several conditions. The reservation change fee is 350 TRY. Changing even a single day means all forms sent to the homeowner and you must be modified and resent. Seasonal price differences must be recalculated, and the prepayment to the homeowner and issued invoices must be updated. This causes a significant workload, so this fee is charged. Another criterion is how long before your check-in date you want to change the reservation. You cannot change the date if less than 30 days remain before the check-in date. This is because it is very unlikely that the reserved period can be offered to another guest when less than 30 days remain.
Why do we pay a deposit? What happens if it is not refunded at checkout?
The deposit is an amount collected by the homeowner or the responsible person at check-in. At the end of your holiday, before leaving the house, the homeowner or responsible person inspects the house. If there is no damage, this amount is refunded to you at checkout. The collected amount is purely for precaution and does not have commercial intent. Therefore, such situations are rarely encountered.
Can we contact the homeowner?
Unfortunately, we cannot share homeowner information before the reservation is completed. After your reservation is completed, the travel document you receive contains the homeowner’s contact information.
How can I add my villa to the page?
You can fill out and submit the form in the Homeowner section on our page. Our authorized representatives from regional offices will contact you regarding your application.
Is it paid to advertise on the page?
There is no fee to list your villa on our page. After meeting you and inspecting the villa, it will be added to our website.
How can I log in to the homeowner section?
After accessing the homeowner area, you can complete the registration steps by clicking sign up and then log in to the system.
What operations can I perform after registration?
After registering, you can view your houses’ availability, block dates in the calendar, apply discounts to selected dates, or send us messages to update prices.
What are the reservation stages?
When requests come from guests, we call you to confirm availability. After you approve, an option period is assigned for the guest to make the payment, and the option deadline is shared with you via WhatsApp or SMS. After the option ends, you are informed whether the guest has paid or not.
