Villa Tormenta

We had a nice vacation, the house was clean, the staff was interested, the location was 15/20 minutes away from everywhere.

The location of the house is good, the kitchen was constantly wet because of the water coming from the kitchen drain, we had to wipe it. The outer patio wire was ripped off and flies got in. The cleanliness of the house was very good, but there was a very heavy drain smell coming from all bathrooms.

The most basic items in the villa were bad. We were able to use the washing machine when we were not at home or when we were in the garden (by closing the door and trying to prevent the sound from coming) due to the loud noise it made during spinning. Although we ran the dishwasher 2 times in a row, we could not reach a clean result. Some of the chairs of the table on the veranda were completely broken and unusable, others had loose screws and the seating was uncomfortable. The chairs inside the house were very uncomfortable and unusable. There was a wireless network connection, but the Internet was frequently intermittent and was gone after one o'clock at night. Apart from the bedrooms (which we didn't feel the need to use much), the downstairs lighting and exterior lighting were very bad. The patio lighting was too inadequate to allow a pleasant evening sitting, it was illuminated by a single poorly positioned sconce. The garden lighting was similarly very inadequate. In the evenings there was a lot of low voltage, the lights dimmed and came back on very often. The inside of the kitchen cabinets smelled of dampness and detergent that had not been rinsed properly, and it permeated the items in the cabinets such as glasses and plates. Due to the location of the villa, mosquitoes in the garden spoil your enjoyment during evening sittings, fortunately, since the bedrooms have mosquito nets, you are not exposed to too many mosquitoes during bedtime. The outer cable of the kettle was burnt, the cables inside were visible. The shower door was dislodged, it wouldn't close. The pipe we fixed the shower head to dislodged at the slightest touch and the head fell to the floor. The toilet flush leaked when it was full, in order to prevent waste, it was necessary to open the faucet before each use and close it after use. The house needs maintenance. Finally; when we left the house after our first use of the pool, they undermined our fun with a strange warning that the water in the pool was very low, that we had to jump into the pool (it may have been 3 times, it was not 4), and that the engine could burn if the water was low. They made us feel uneasy even in the fluctuation after a normal lap in the pool.
