Villa Othello K

Villa Othello K is a very special vacation home located in Yeşilüzümlü, Fethiye, whose construction was completed in May 2025. Thanks to the activities it offers and its heated pool, you can enjoy both a fun and a relaxing vacation here. Our villa is situated right next to Villa Figaro K, which features the exact same architectural design. If space permits, large groups can rent both villas at the same time.

Villa Othello K is located in Yeşilüzümlü; as a result, it enjoys a much cooler climate compared to the city center and offers plenty of fresh air thanks to the lush green trees surrounding it. Thanks to its hillside location, it offers a very wide, panoramic, and lush natural view, especially from the upper floors. We recommend coming on vacation by car, as it is located 20–25 km from the city center and the beaches.

Our home features a covered parking area for two cars, and there are approximately 40 steps leading up to the entrance. Our villa consists of two buildings.

The level below the ground floor features an entertainment area, a heated indoor pool, and a Turkish bath-style bathroom. The entertainment area includes a table tennis table, a pool table, foosball, darts, a home theater corner with a projector, and a pull-up bar with a bench.

The outdoor pool measures 9 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.45 m. The heated indoor pool measures 12 m x 2 m, with a depth of 1 m.

Important Note: Our villa is equipped with an underfloor heating system. Upon request, this system is activated along with the pool heating. Underfloor heating and pool heating services are subject to an additional fee. In accordance with regulations, the heated pool is maintained at a temperature between 26 and 28 degrees. Temperatures higher than this are not recommended for health reasons, as they can interfere with the effectiveness of the chlorine.

The nearest place to swim in the sea is Çalış Beach.

Note 1: The pool area of our villa is visible from the upper floors of the buildings located on the side.

Note 2: Villa Othello and Villa Figaro, with a capacity of 9 people, are suitable for large families. Reservations for these villas are accepted between June 1 and September 30.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in natural settings, are regularly cleaned and treated for insects and pests. In our homes located in natural settings, the likelihood of encountering insects and pests is higher compared to villas located in central areas. This note applies to all homes located in natural settings and is included in the information for all such properties, not just this one.

Outside of the summer months, new villa construction may be taking place in the surrounding areas. For this reason, noise in the vicinity is likely. This note is not specific to this home; it applies to all homes that are operational during the winter.
