Villa Sed Tlos

Villa Sed Tlos is our villa option with private pool located in Mahmutlar, Alanya. Our villa, which is an ideal option for crowded family groups, offers guests a pleasant holiday.

Note 1: Our villa has a kidney pool and its depth varies gradually between 1.40m - 1.50m.

Note 2 : The use of electricity and water in this villa is not included in long stays. Electricity and water meter is read at the entrance and these fees are collected at the exit.

Note 3: There is a security camera in our villa.

Important Note: The last 1.5 km of the road to our villa is a slope road.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, insects etc. are more likely to come out than villas located in the center. This note is written in the information of all houses that are located in nature, not this house.

New villa constructions may occur in the regions outside the summer months. Therefore, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not unique to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
