Villa Reddart

Villa Reddart is our villa option with private pool for a maximum of 8 people, located in Kargicak, Alanya. Our villa, which is an ideal option for crowded family groups, offers guests a pleasant holiday.

Note 1: Our villa has a kidney pool and its dimensions are entered as estimated.

Note 2: This villa does not include electricity and water usage. Electricity and water meters are read at the entrance and these fees are collected at the exit. Electricity KW will be charged at 7.5 TL and 1 ton of water at 85 TL.

Note 3: Damage deposit fee for friend group stays is 7.000 TL.

Note 4: Deposit fees vary for stays over 10 days.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, compared to the villas located in the center, insects etc. the possibility of emergence is higher. This note is written in the information of all houses that are located in nature, not this house.

New villa constructions may occur in the regions outside the summer months. Therefore, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not unique to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
