Villa Positano

Villa Positano is our villa option with private pool located in Kargicak, Alanya. Our villa, which is an ideal option for crowded family groups, offers guests a pleasant holiday.

Note 1: This villa does not include the use of electricity and water. Electricity and water meter is read at the entrance and these fees are collected at the exit. Electricity KW 7.5 TL and 1 ton of water will be charged as 85 TL.

Note 2: Since the pool of our villa is kidney type, the dimensions are entered as estimated. The pool is 35 m2 in total.

Note 3: Deposit fees vary for stays over 10 days.

General note: All of our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, compared to the villas located in the center, insects etc. the possibility of emergence is higher. This note is written in the information of all houses that are located in nature, not this house.

New villa constructions may occur in the regions outside the summer months. Therefore, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not unique to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
